Communication Sciences and Disorders

Prepare for a career as a speech-language pathologist, audiologist or language and hearing scientist with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.  Choose from a B.A. or B.S. degree–both pre-professional programs are designed to lead to entry-level careers in health and human services or graduate study in speech-language pathology or related fields.

A dedicated Communication Disorders Clinic and partnerships with various community organizations allow you to gain hands-on clinical and applied research experience.  You can also complete the requirements to become a Florida Certified Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology Assistant through the B.A. or B.S. degree requirements.
