UCF Daytona Beach is located just minutes from the “World’s Most Famous Beach” and the action of the Daytona International Speedway. Our 100,000-square-foot center serves over 1,000 students who can select from 16 undergraduate and five graduate degree programs.

The UCF Daytona Beach Enrollment Services Office offers assistance in the areas of Admissions, Financial Aid, and Registrar functions.

- The application fee must be either paid online or mailed by check or money order to the Orlando campus undergraduate admissions office.
- Students who have not graduated high school, prior to applying to UCF, should contact undergraduate admissions in Orlando at 407.823.3000. Students interested in applying to the graduate school should contact graduate studies at 407.823.2766.

Transfer Students
If you wish to transfer to UCF, you may apply up to one year prior to the term you wish to enroll. All applicants are considered on a space-available basis and you should apply as early as possible to also meet financial aid. Transient
Current college students that need to complete coursework at another institution to fulfill degree requirements can do so by becoming a transient student.
Courses taken as a transient student need to be approved by your college before they are transferred to your home institution.
To start the transient process, go to www.flvc.org and complete the Transient Student Admissions Application.
Change Major
Before changing your major it is best to speak with an academic advisor to discuss your options and how the change of major can impact your progress at UCF.
The change of major is an online process that is accessed through MyUCF.

Registrar
Current students can drop off registrar documents to the UCF Daytona Beach Enrollment Services office located in Building 140, Room 107.
We can also answer general questions about readmissions, senior citizen audits and questions about using the MY UCF Registrar functions.

Steps to Register
Prior to registration it is wise to familiarize yourself with your major by meeting with your academic advisor and pulling a DARS degree audit.
Students can search for classes, add classes to their shopping cart and self-register all through MyUCF. UCF’s web enrollment guide walks you through step-by-step.
Readmission
Student’s applying for readmission need to submit a readmission application to UCF’s Registrar’s Office.
Before starting the readmission process students should see a UCF academic advisor to discuss readmission policies and degree options.

Financial Aid
What do you need to do to get financial aid at UCF?
Step 1: Complete the FAFSA If the FAFSA application priority date (March 1st) is missed, students should apply as soon as possible to be considered for financial aid that is still available.
Step 2: If you have Bright Futures, contact them to switch it to UCF
Step 3: Watch your To Do list on myUCF
Step 4: Check your Knight’s email for communication from Financial Aid

Financial Aid advisors are available to assist with applying for financial aid, questions about financial aid and scholarship information.

Health Services
Students can acquire and submit the necessary forms required to satisfy UCF’s mandatory proof of immunizations at the UCF Daytona Beach Enrollment Services office.
The Student Services office, serving the Daytona Beach campus, renders a wide range of services for UCF students.
The office shares responsibility for coordinating new student orientation, assisting with veterans benefits, accommodating learning and physical disabilities, and registering new student organizations among other items.
Student Services also serves as a liaison unit to the Orlando campus for departments such as Career Services, Counseling Services, Recreation and Wellness, Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities, and others housed within the Division of Student Development and Enrollment Services.
To ensure new and returning students receive a positive experience during their time at UCF, Student Services works locally with Academic Advising, Enrollment Services, Student Outreach Services, and various faculty and administrative staff in Daytona Beach to meet the needs of students.

Orientation Services
New Student Orientation sessions are coordinated on the UCF Daytona Beach campus through the Student Services office.
The office is located in Building 140, Room 107 on the Daytona Beach campus. For further assistance at UCF Daytona Beach please contact 386.506.4021 or email ucfdaytona@ucf.edu.
This includes on-site and virtual orientation sessions. Course registration restrictions are removed by the Student Services office once all requirements are completed for orientation, which includes meeting with an academic advisor prior to, during, or following completion of orientation. Students seeking to attend classes in Daytona Beach should register for orientation.
Once students are admitted, they can register for orientation.
All students attending orientation through the Daytona Beach campus should be transfer students. Students who have recently completed high school and/or may have completed dual enrollment prior to graduating should make plans to attend an orientation session on the UCF Orlando campus.
Veterans Services
Veterans Services are available for all veterans and veteran dependents that utilize VA education benefits to further their education.
To receive VA educational benefits, you must be certified through the university. Eligible students are urged to consult their Student Services office early in the process in order to meet VA deadlines and to receive other information.
Certification paperwork may be submitted to the Student Services office or faxed to Orlando Veterans Academic Resource Center or VARC as soon as a class schedule is finalized.
Paperwork, miscellaneous information, and work study opportunities are among the services provided for regional campus veterans and vet dependents at the UCF Regional Campuses. Please, visit the UCF Veterans Services website.
Student Disability Services (SDS)
SDS provides testing accommodations, classroom accommodations and help in completing university paperwork, resumes, and registration for students with documented disabilities.
You must contact the Student Services office for further information and/or to register for these services.

Career Services/Experiential Learning
The Office of Career Services provides access to professional development opportunities and career exploration, and the Experiential Learning office is an academic program that offers work experience in their program of study while pursuing their degree.
The Student Services office for the Daytona Beach campus serves as liaison to both Career Services and Experiential Learning, and you can find assistance and information on creating a cover letter, resume development, workshops, and occasionally mock interviews.
Student Services also maintains a list of internships and job postings on bulletin boards as a convenience for regional campus students.

Recreation & Wellness
The Recreation and Wellness Center is pleased to partner with the Student Government Association, Student Outreach Services and Regional Campus Administration to extend our services to students on the Regional Campuses.
Through the Regional Recreation program, memberships are provided to currently enrolled UCF Daytona Beach students at the L.Gale Lemerand Fitness Center at Daytona State College.
In addition to the fitness facility memberships, the Regional Recreation program offers a variety of programs and services on both the Daytona Beach campus as an extension of what is offered to the students on the Orlando campus.

Student Outreach Services (SOS)
SOS or Student Outreach Services is a unit of the Office of Student Involvement and is operated and led by students.
It strives to serve students’ needs by providing services such as free printing, passes to regional wellness centers, free Scantrons, off campus activities and campus networking opportunities throughout the semester.
Many of these services are provided in collaboration with the Student Services. Free beverages and snacks are provided in the student lounge during office hours.
SOS also serves as the campus liaison to the Student Government Association (SGA) assisting in fulfilling the functions of SGA at the campus.
Aside from providing funding for SOS, SGA is responsible for allocating and distributing the student activity fees.
These allocations also fund events and services at the Orlando campus that are available to all students including homecoming activities, speakers, comedians, movies, recreation and wellness center, student union, personal counseling, legal services, scholarships, and funding for student organizations.
Regional Campus students may participate in SGA elections online. Senate elections are held each fall semester, and presidential elections are held each spring semester.

Clubs and Organizations
UCF Daytona Beach has clubs and organizations you can join.
They include: KDP, Photograpy Club, Psychology Club, Psi Chi (Psychology Honor Society), and the Student Nursing Association (SNA).

The services that are available through this office are ID cards, understanding your fee invoice, and guidance with payment deadlines.

IMPORTANT: Cash is not accepted as payment for any fee at the UCF Daytona Beach campus.

ID cards and Nursing badges
The first copy of a UCF ID card for students, staff, or faculty are provided at no extra charge. A $15 charge will apply for a replacement card and a $10 charge will apply for name change.
Cards are made in Building 140, Room 105 of the UCF Daytona Beach campus Monday through Thursday between 8:00am and 6:00pm and on Fridays between 8:00am and 12:00pm
Nursing badges are made for students in suite 105, building 140 of the Daytona Beach campus Monday through Thursday between 8:00am and 6:00pm and on Fridays between 8:00am and 12:00pm. There is a $10 charge for Nursing badges due at the time of purchase (not included in student fees).
Parking decals
There is no parking decal needed to park at UCF Daytona Beach.
UCF Cashier station for tuition and fees payments
Any UCF student wishing to pay tuition and fees can come to Building 140, Room 105 of the UCF Daytona campus Monday through Thursday between 8:00am and 6:00pm and on Fridays between 8:00am and 12:00pm. The phone number to the Cashier’s Office is 386.506.4074.
Tuition and fees can be paid without an added convenience charge using an electronic check. The convenience fee of 2% of the total payment will be assessed for MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. VISA is not accepted.
Lost and Found
If you believe that you lost an item in building 140, please contact the Business Services Office at 386.506.4073 with a detailed description of the item.
If you find an item in building 140, please bring it to the Business Services Office. Lost and found items are turned over to DSC Security at the end of each semester.

UCF Daytona Beach shares a joint-use library with DSC where you can enjoy the same services as the main campus library, including access to online databases and Interlibrary Loan.
